How do I request a return?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team confirms eligibility and shares the return instructions, full details are in the returns policy above.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, or as a bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
